Using Chief Resident
Use the service to organize lectures and make legitimate lecture bookings. You are responsible for having permission to manage your conference and for the accuracy of information you submit. Questions about these terms can be sent to rezi@rezi.ge.
Accounts and colleagues
Keep your account access and recovery links private. Invite only people who should have access to the selected workspace. Owner access includes settings and team management; organizer access is intended for schedule and topic management. Lecturers do not need accounts to book.
Bookings and communication
A saved booking reserves a date and topic. It is not proof that an email, reminder or calendar invitation was delivered. Verify separately configured communication services and continue your existing process where they are not connected. Do not rely on the service for urgent clinical communication.
Free and Pro
Free is the currently available plan. No credit card is collected for it. Pro is temporarily unavailable and cannot be purchased. No paid subscription, price, renewal or cancellation obligation is created by viewing the Pro card. Any future paid offering will need its own clearly presented terms before purchase.
Your content and appropriate use
Only add content you are entitled to use, including topic lists and colleague details. Do not upload patient information, impersonate another person, misuse invitation links, send spam or attempt to access another workspace. See Acceptable use for practical boundaries.
Availability and responsibility
The application may be interrupted or changed. No uninterrupted-service or message-delivery guarantee is offered. Keep appropriate operational arrangements for your conference and review important changes before confirming them. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
