What this service does
Chief Resident helps organizers manage medical lecture schedules and lets lecturers book available dates and topics. This notice describes the application, not Microsoft or another provider’s separate services. For privacy questions, contact rezi@rezi.ge.
Information you provide
Organizers provide an account email and name. Account authentication is handled by Supabase Auth; passwords are not displayed to organizers. A lecturer provides a name, email, specialty and topic. Workspaces also contain schedules, organizer notes, lecture outcomes and notification preferences.
What is public
Your lecturer booking link shows your public page name, availability and available topics. It does not list lecturers’ personal details, private notes or history. A registration name may be used for a new page name and its unique link; this is explained during registration. Your private profile and public page name can be managed separately.
Why information is used
Account information enables sign-in and workspace access. Booking information reserves the selected date and topic and lets the organizer manage the lecture. Security sessions and temporary request counters protect the service. Configured email services deliver account links and, where separately enabled, organizer booking notifications.
Services involved
The application is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase for its database and managed authentication. Email is handled by the configured email provider. The site loads its font from Google Fonts, which receives the browser request. If an organizer enables a Microsoft connection or the optional assistant, information necessary for that action is processed by the relevant provider. Microsoft sign-in is separate from calendar access. These services may process information in countries outside your own.
Cookies and browser preferences
Sign-in and security use cookies. Your browser may remember guide completion and acknowledgment of the cookie notice. The app does not add advertising cookies or analytics tracking. See the Cookies page for details.
Keeping and requesting data
Conference bookings and history remain available to the organizer; this service does not promise an automatic deletion schedule. Security sessions and sign-in flows expire separately. You can edit supported account fields in the app. For access, correction, export or deletion requests not available in the interface, email rezi@rezi.ge. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your conference organizer before acting. This page does not promise instant deletion from backups or another provider.
Medical information and changes
Do not enter patient information, clinical records or other sensitive information into booking fields, notes, support emails or the assistant. Chief Resident is a scheduling tool, not a clinical record system. Changes to this notice will be published on this page with an updated date.
