Keep it relevant
Use the app for lecture scheduling and related conference management. Add accurate topics and booking details. Do not create misleading bookings, impersonate speakers or deliberately consume another organizer’s available slots.
Protect people and access
Do not put patient data, clinical records, passwords, meeting join credentials or unrelated sensitive information into public fields or support messages. Share a lecturer link with speakers; share a private team invitation only with the intended colleague.
Respect the service
Do not try to bypass authentication, probe other workspaces, distribute malicious content, abuse email features or overload the service. Only import or add materials you have permission to use.
Report a concern
Email rezi@rezi.ge to report misuse or a suspected security issue. Describe what happened without sending passwords, access tokens or unnecessary personal information. Do not test a suspected issue against another person’s records.
